Delivery Deadline

The following dates are the cut-off for delivery by Christmas (based on Royal Mail's expectations), they are only guidelines.

Tracked 48

• Friday 20th December - order received by 14:00

Tracked 24

• Saturday 21th December - order received by 11:00

Guaranteed by 1pm

• Monday 23rd December - order received by 14:00

  Please be aware that although Royal Mail will attempt to deliver by this time, it may very well miss this time slot if there are large backlogs.

1. You place an order.
2. You receive an order confirmation email from Fleurtations.
3. We process your order.
4. Your item is picked from our stock.
5. Your item is packed and your delivery information is put into Royal Mail's system.
6. Royal Mail picks up your parcel.
The process up to this stage can take 1-4 days.
7. You are sent a delivery timeslot via Royal Mail's SMS update service.
8. Royal Mail delivers your item via the tracked service you selected during checkout.
